Tim Nafziger

Tim began building websites in 1999 and has been working with Drupal since 2004. He's worked with businesses, non-profits, and individuals to use open source tools to reach their audience. He also has 6 years in non profit fundraising, outreach and administration. Drawing on this experience, he works with nonprofits to develop strategies to help constituents climb the engagement ladder.

Tim is also a photographer.

Nathan Eanes

Nathan has been developing and designing on the web for over 10 years and has specialized in Drupal since 2009. As founder of a previous business and developer at Jackson River, he has worked on a wide variety of projects, including e-commerce websites and enterprise-level nonprofit fundraising platforms, and through this he has gained deep experience in programming, visual design, strategy, and creative thinking.

Nathan is a long-time entrepreneur, and has been in business, in one form or another, since middle school.

Leslie Martin

Leslie has over 20 years of experience working with databases, back end systems and web development. She has worked with a broad spectrum of web frameworks and systems but has specialized in Drupal since 2006.

Leslie holds a master's degree in business education and currently prepares future web developers by working as an adjunct professor for the web development certificate program at her local community college.

Heidi Thompson

Heidi is an organizer, marketer and publishing executive with 25 years of experience helping nonprofits leverage the science of marketing to build audiences, cultivate donors, and win campaigns. She was the publisher and CEO of Religion News Service and served as the vice president for marketing and publisher of Sojourners magazine. Her organizing experience includes positions with the faith-based PICO National Network, MoveOn, consulting with the Mahoning Valley Organizing Collaborative in her hometown of Warren, Ohio, and volunteering in an ongoing tenants rights struggle in her Columbia Heights neighborhood of Washington, D.C. A tech-inclined and data-driven marketer, she specializes in email, website and social media marketing, with a focus on building digital programs that draw users from being spectators to financial supporters. Heidi has a B.S. in Journalism from the E.W. Scripps School at Ohio University and an M.S. in Integrated Marketing Communication from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University.

Linda "Quiqui" Quiquivix

Quiqui has been developing and designing websites since 1999 and has a background in graphic design, web content production, information architecture, and web accessibility. She has worked in technical support and education at Viacom and as a technical editor and writer at LinkedIn/Microsoft. Quiqui is daughter of Oxnard, California’s undocumented community, where she is an organizer and popular educator in areas of racial and social justice. She holds a doctorate in geography from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Anna Crotty

Anna has been using Salesforce in her work with mission-driven organizations since 2015 to improve how they collect, use and understand data. Before that she worked in for-profit software. She’s passionate about building systems that serve the people who use them.  She has a B.A. in Computer Science from Wellesley College.

Garrett Allen

Garrett is a software engineer who has been programming since his first class in symbolic logic as an undergraduate. He leverages a full range of web technologies to build sites and applications that help nonprofits and businesses grow and thrive, from Drupal and SQL to JavaScript and HTML/CSS. He uses his passion for data and data management to design durable integrations with third party APIs.

Previously, he was responsible for creating Docketeer, an extension that provides data visualization tools and networking capabilities for Docker users. In his free time he volunteers as a developer with Climate Collective, where he is building a platform for connecting environmentalists with curated climate events in cities across the US.
